Gigantic Media was honored to have the chance to work with the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito. Prior to engaging our services, they had a website that was ineffective and outdated, and they needed help to be able to effectively raise funds online.

Their new website needed to be everything their old website wasn’t – kid friendly, but made for grown-ups to use, easy to navigate and functional on a wide spectrum of technologies. We worked hand-in-hand with the team at the Boys & Girls Club to make sure the project went smoothly and achieved its goals on time.

MARKETING STRATEGY

As with all projects, there were some tricky technical obstacles to overcome. One challenge was how to display large amounts of information specific to each club and/or activity in a way that would work for everyone. With lots of stakeholders to please, this represented not just a technical, but an organizational challenge. We worked closely with their team to create a framework that ensured all those involved felt they were being represented on the new site, while still maintaining an overall simplicity and clarity of design. We also worked with their legacy fundraising platform to create a seamless workflow with the new site.

In the end, we were able to deliver a world-class web experience that immediately made an impact on their ability to fundraise and communicate with their constituent base. After a lot of hard work, we were proud to share their vibrant new site not just with existing clientele, but to have helped expand their reach to new donors, members and partners.
